We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. I did not use the mesh tool for this particular piece... the mesh tool is something I rarely use.
The best tip I could give you is to start with a simple face, posterize it in photoshop and try to trace each shape you see... the more you practice this the better you will get... keep at it!
